Above-the-Knee Amputee – Bilateral: Descending Stairs with Microprocessor Controlled "C Legs ."

Instructions:
  1. Hold hand rail.
  2. Transfer both canes to other hand.
  3. Approach top step.
  4. Make sure toe is protruding over the edge of the step.
  5. Allow knee to bend slowly.
  6. Bring next leg to edge of next step and repeat the procedure.
  7. Continue to repeat one leg and one step at a time.
