Above-the-Knee Amputee – Unilateral: Sitting to Standing with Hands

Instructions:
  1. Sit upright with both knees flexed to 90 degrees, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Lean forward so shoulders are over knees.
  3. Using strength in "sound" leg, straighten leg to stand.
